In addition to being very professional and thorough during the entire process, he also took the extra time to answer questions I had and provide suggestions for future things in the home to keep in mind (outside the specifics of the inspection). Once the physical inspection was done, he took the additional time to have a phone call with us walking through the various line items in the summary report, as well as how to simply pull together any items that we might want to include in a repair request. First of all, Jon is a personable, helpful, and responsive inspector.
