We are selling our home in CA and buying a new home in NC. Our agent recommended Pineland Inspections. The inspection was scheduled when we needed it to happen. We could not be in NC for the inspection; however, I received the very detailed and thorough report within a few hours. I reviewed the report. I found the photos and system descriptions to be very helpful. I called Jon the next day with questions about a few things. Jon conducted our 11-month inspection of our new build. He listened to our concerns & proceeded with the most thorough inspection I’ve ever had on a home. He utilizes a drone for a better view of the property. But if you're looking for a man who knows what he's talking about, for a fair price, will bluntly tell you what's wrong, while still being nice about it, he's your guy. The report Jon gave me was fantastic and detailed, he also gave me a detailed walk through on the things he looks for and what he was looking at while it was happening. He also was able to communicate issues on the sight with the builder while he was on sight. He documents every finding and even basic homeowner information and shows you what to expect and walks you through everything you need to do to get a positive result.
