I’m Jon Baker, a husband, father, veteran, and the owner of Pineland Inspections.
My passion for homes began as a kid. I grew up around construction, learning from family, mentors, and years of hands-on experience. Over time, that interest grew into a profession centered on helping families better understand and care for their homes.
Our reports are more than just a report. It should feel tailored and personal to the family, while providing clarity, confidence, and peace of mind during an important season of life. My goal is to serve every client with honesty, professionalism, and genuine care while providing clear information they can trust.
