Meet Jon
I’m Jon Baker, husband, father, Army veteran, and the owner of Pineland Inspections.
My interest in residential construction started early. I grew up around the industry, learning from family, mentors, and years of hands-on experience. Over time, that foundation led me to home inspections—a profession where I can help families better understand and care for one of their biggest investments.
I believe a home inspection is about more than identifying defects. It’s about providing clear information, honest guidance, and the confidence to make informed decisions. Every home and every family is different, so I strive to make each inspection thorough, practical, and tailored to the people who will rely on it.
