Jon Baker’s background in residential and commercial construction is rooted in decades of hands-on experience building, renovating, and learning the trades alongside his father, family, and mentors. His military career as a Green Beret further honed his expertise, leading complex village reconstruction projects and constructing numerous defense installations overseas. Through this service, Jon developed advanced skills in mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and the operation and maintenance of both foreign and domestic equipment — experience that deepened his practical understanding of structural and mechanical integrity. His extensive operational and intelligence work instilled a sharp analytical mindset, ensuring thorough and reliable assessments in every inspection. Outside of work, Jon enjoys time with family and friends, knifemaking, playing guitar, and coaching youth sports.
